How do I pay?

Use Stripe to easily and safely pay to us. With Stripe you can deposit money with VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

Pay with your PayPal account or by credit card via PayPal Returns
If you want to return an item, please email [email protected] and explain why you want to return the item. It is an open purchase of 14 days on all items in the shop. The customer is responsible for the return costs themselves, if the product is damaged during transport, Unique things by Lingmerth is responsible for the return costs. When it comes to clothes, I can not guarantee that the color will look exactly like the picture because it is printed on fabric.
If an item is the wrong size
If you wish to exchange an item that is the wrong size, please email me at [email protected] and you can exchange for another size if it is in stock. If the desired size is not in stock, send the item back and you will get your money back. Even if the product is not in stock, it can be ordered, but it will take a little longer to get it home because it has to be printed first and then sent to you. Get in touch at this email: [email protected] if you wish to order a product that is not in stock.
Transport Damage
For all types of complaints, write to [email protected] before returning any package. The complaint must be made no later than 10 days from the time you receive your order. Unique Things by Lingmerth is responsible for the return cost for an approved complaint. If the order has been damaged during the postal transport, you are asked to complain about the shipment immediately when you pick up your package at Posten's delivery point. Then notify [email protected].
Shipping policy
Delivery takes approximately 3-7 working days within Sweden for clothing, interior design products and original artwork from the day payment is completed. 7-10 working days within Sweden for art prints, the delivery time is slightly longer for art prints as the products first must be printed before they are sent on to the customer. Please note that it could take up to 2-3 weeks to receive your item to your overseas address. Delivery times can also be longer during holiday periods. The package is delivered by Post to your nearest delivery point or as a letter directly home in your mailbox depending on the size of the package. You will receive a sms notification / letter when the package has arrived. All prices are stated in SEK (Swedish krona) including VAT, shipping is added as an option at checkout.

I offer payment plans for 2 - 3 months. If you would like to take advantage of this, please write me an e-mail containing the following information:

Once the first payment has cleared, the painting will be marked as "sold" everywere. Once a piece is paid in full, I will ship it to you. If 2 months pass without payment, the painting will be marked again as "available".
